About Project:
Terazzo constructed a new, 8000m2 hard stand upgrade for the Mauri Flour Mill manufacturing facility. The project involved formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring and placement. We constructed box drains to ensure appropriate stormwater drainage away from the facility.
What were the challenges?
There were delays in the project due to the existence of asbestos on the site and the requirement for the disposal of asbestos (unrelated to our work).
How did Terazzo solve these challenges?
We remained flexible to the client’s need to regularly adjust timeframes dues to the asbestos issues.
