About Project
The client required a new concrete machine foundation for its engineering facility located at Morningside, in order to expand manufacturing operations. The project involved cutting an existing slab, excavation of spoil, formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement and finishing.
What were the challenges?
There were underground services in the area that we had to work around during the construction process.
