About Project
Terazzo was approached to manage this project from design phase through to concrete placement & certification. This included management of:
- Underground Services location / reports
- Geo Technical soil report
- RPEQ Structural Design
- Bored piers, Footings, slabs
- Steel-fixing, formwork and concrete finishing
What were the challenges?
Coming up with a suitable cost-effective design given the challenging soil conditions. Project was also required to be delivered within very tight timeframes.
How did Terazzo solve these challenges?
Terazzo proposed an high early strength concrete design which would allow the CO2 tank to be installed within 3 days of pouring concrete.
